Proper installation of an industrial chiller is crucial for ensuring its efficient operation and extending its service life. Below are some key installation conditions and considerations:

1. Installation Site Requirements
When installing an industrial chiller system, the site must have a solid ground foundation. The floor's level should be within 6.4mm, and it must be able to support the operational weight of the unit. To reduce noise and vibration during operation, it is recommended to install vibration isolators on the pipes.
2. Water Treatment and Coil Cleaning
Regular cleaning of the water pipe system and coils is necessary to maintain the industrial process chiller's performance. If the existing water quality cannot be improved through conventional methods, special measures should be taken, such as using suitable structural materials or tolerating a higher fouling factor in the coils.
3. Equipment Condition Check
During installation, be sure to inspect the water chiller industrial for any damage or issues caused during transportation. Choose an appropriate location for installation to facilitate future maintenance and repairs.

4. Temperature and Space Requirements
The industrial chiller should be installed in a machine room with a temperature range between 4.4°C and 43.3°C. In addition, there should be sufficient space around and above the unit for routine maintenance and inspections.
5. Pipe Layout
Adequate space should be reserved for cleaning the condenser coils. This can be done by using door openings or other suitable openings. Choose the appropriate pipe diameter and ensure that the cooling and chilled water systems are correctly connected during the unit's operation at full capacity.
6. Water Flow Speed Requirements
For standard applications, the water flow speed through the evaporator and condenser should be maintained between 1.0–3.6m/s. This ensures efficient operation while minimizing energy loss.
