The dehumidifying drying feeder combines dehumidification, drying, and two-stage feeding functions, ideal for engineering plastics like PA, PET, PC, and PBT due to their high moisture absorption. Notably, the optical grade GCD-OP model suits applications involving lenses, LCD light guides, and optical discs, achieving a dew point as low as -40°C under optimal conditions.

Usage Insights:

In plastic processing, issues like shrinkage, streaks, bubbles, and poor transparency often arise due to inadequate pre-molding drying. Highly hygroscopic raw materials such as PA, PET, PC, PBT, and CA retain moisture within their particles, which traditional dryers struggle to eliminate. Effective drying demands lowering the air's dew point below -40°C and controlled heating to extract moisture from the plastic particles, achieving less than 0.02% moisture content before molding. The sealed 3 in 1 machine dehumidification dryer efficiently dehumidifies and heats the air in a closed-loop system, ensuring thorough drying.

Operating Principles:

The dehumidification and drying section cools and absorbs moisture-laden air in a honeycomb runner, using a rotor to adsorb and desorb moisture, creating stable low dew point air 

for drying raw materials in a closed cycle.

The auto loader section transfers materials into the drying barrel from storage, employing a vacuum hopper and magnetic reed switch to initiate suction, ensuring a continuous material 

flow into the drying barrel.
