Technological Breakthroughs: Solving PEEK Recycling Challenges

In 2026, the application of plastics in emerging industries is showing deep integration, and PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone), known as the "king of high-performance engineering plastics," is widely used in high-end fields such as humanoid robots and aerospace due to its superior heat resistance and high specific strength. However, PEEK has long been plagued by high hardness, expensive costs (with prices ranging from 500 to 800 RMB per kilogram), and a recycling rate of almost 0%, which has been a bottleneck in the industry's green development.

At the summit, Wensui Group's Director Li Dong introduced the Wensui PEEK Dedicated Crusher GZ30HP to address this challenge. The crusher uses a heavy-duty reducer motor coupled with low-speed, high-torque design and special blade structures to crush PEEK material blocks (30cm×30cm×40mm) into uniform particles in one step, without the need for secondary shredding. With an output of 80-150kg/h, the technology effectively solves the PEEK crushing issue, aiding in the recycling and reuse of high-end engineering plastics and accelerating the domestic substitution in the "plastic-steel replacement" industry.

In line with the "dual carbon" goals and the national resource recycling strategy, Wensui Group relies on policies such as the "2026 Recycling Materials Application Promotion Action Plan" and "Solid Waste Comprehensive Management Action Plan" to build a comprehensive series of solid waste recycling equipment.
