Principle：

The plastic crusher utilizes a motor to drive the movable knife cutterhead at high speed. As the movable knife rotates rapidly, it interacts with the fixed knife, creating a gap. This gap serves to incise and shear plastics, breaking them down into smaller pieces. The shattered plastic undergoes filtration via a screen to regulate the size of the resulting particles before output.

Use：

The plastic crusher is versatile, capable of recycling various waste plastics including boxes, thin pipe fittings, blow-molded parts, bottles, shells, and household plastic products. Additionally, it serves as an auxiliary tool for recycling nozzle material or defective parts produced by an injection molding machine.

Maintenance Tips for Wensui Plastic Crushers:

1:Ensure proper ventilation for the plastic crusher to dissipate motor heat, extending its lifespan.

2:Regularly lubricate the bearings to maintain smooth operation between them.

3:Periodically check and tighten the tool screws, especially after the first hour of using a new crusher, to enhance blade fixation.

4:Check the tool's sharpness frequently to prevent unnecessary damage to other parts caused by dull edges.

5:When replacing the tool, maintain specific gaps between movable and fixed knives: 0.8MM for crushers above 20HP and 0.5MM for those below. Adjust gaps based on recycled material thickness.

6:Before the second start, clear debris from the machine room to reduce starting resistance. Regularly clear the ash outlet to prevent powder from entering the shaft bearing.

7:Ensure the machine is well grounded for safety.

8:Regularly inspect the plastic crusher belt for tightness and promptly tighten if loose.
